BBQ Surf and Turf Skewers

Once you try meatballs on the grill, you won’t want to grill anything else! Especially with these tangy, sweet yet savory BBQ Surf and Turf meatball skewers. The freshness of the shrimp, paired with the tender and juicy meatballs, all coated in a zesty BBQ sauce, these will quickly become a summer staple!
- 1 bag Simek’s Original Meatballs
- 30 individual, fully cooked shrimp, thawed
- 1 (18oz.) jar of barbecue sauce
- 2 green peppers, sliced in chunks
- 10 skewers, pre-soaked in water
- Thaw meatballs according to package. *For added flavor, soak meatballs and shrimp in BBQ sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Alternate all ingredients on pre-soaked skewer.
- Brush BBQ sauce on ingredients.
- Place on grill and cook.
