  • 2 cups Simek’s Italian Style Meatballs, thawed
  • 3 16 oz cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Ciliegine (fresh mozzarella balls)
  • 1 cup marinara, warmed though for serving

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove the biscuit dough from the tubes. Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into quarters. Set aside.
  3. Melt the better and add the garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, and salt. Mix to combine.
  4. Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the herbed butter, layering on the bottom of a bundt pan. Once there is a single layer of the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, add a layer of meatballs. Next add mozzarella balls, more biscuits, and shredded cheese, alternating layers until all ingredients are gone.
  5. Add the pan to a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
  6. After the pan has slightly cooled, invert it on a plate, allowing the bread to release on to the plate. Serve the bread with warm marinara for dipping!
