INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Simek’s Italian Style Meatballs, thawed
- 3 16 oz cans refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 8 oz Ciliegine (fresh mozzarella balls)
- 1 cup marinara, warmed though for serving
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-
Remove the biscuit dough from the tubes. Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into quarters. Set aside.
-
Melt the better and add the garlic powder, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, and salt. Mix to combine.
-
Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the herbed butter, layering on the bottom of a bundt pan. Once there is a single layer of the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, add a layer of meatballs. Next add mozzarella balls, more biscuits, and shredded cheese, alternating layers until all ingredients are gone.
-
Add the pan to a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
-
After the pan has slightly cooled, invert it on a plate, allowing the bread to release on to the plate. Serve the bread with warm marinara for dipping!
