Korean BBQ Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag Simek’s Angus Beef Meatballs
  • Shredded Carrots
  • 1 head lettuce (bib or butter)
  • Chopped red chilis (optional)
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Cilantro
    • Korean BBQ Sauce (homemade or store bought)

Directions

  1. Heat meatballs in pan according to instructions on packaging.
  2. Once heated, add Korean BBQ Sauce. Stir until meatballs are thoroughly coated.
  3. Reduce heat and let meatballs and sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. While meatballs and sauce are simmering, prepare lettuce wraps by separating leaves from head, rinsing and patting dry.
  5. Once meatballs and sauce are heated, place 3-4 meatballs per leaf and garnish with carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and chopped red chilis.
  6. Drizzle with more sauce if preferred.
  7. Enjoy!
