- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Unfold the puff pastry and cut into 1.5–2 inch squares. Place squares onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place a small cube or thin slice of brie in the center of each puff pastry square.
- Spoon ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Add one Simek’s Meatball to each square (no need to thaw)
- Bake for 14–18 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melty.
- Drizzle with a little extra cranberry sauce if desired. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
- Serve warm.
