These bite-sized Meatball Mummies are the easiest Halloween party appetizer, made with just meatballs, pizza dough, and candy eyes. They’re spooky, snackable, and ready in minutes! Perfect for kids, Halloween dinners, or your next themed get-together.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Thread 3 thawed meatballs on to bamboo skewer or piece of spaghetti.
- Cut pizza dough into 1/4 in. wide strips and begin wrapping dough around meatballs, stretching and crisscrossing until meatball is almost covered, leaving space for the eyes.
- Gently remove bamboo skewer or piece of spaghetti and place meatball mummy on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake 9-12 minutes at 400°F or until pizza dough is golden brown in color.
- Remove mummies from oven, serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
