Simek’s Italian Meatballs (1 bag)

Wonton wrappers (1 pack)

Ricotta cheese (1 cup)

Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)

Marinara sauce (1 jar)

Fresh basil (for garnish)
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin.

Place wonton wrappers in each muffin cup to form a base.

Layer with a spoonful of ricotta, a cooked Simek’s meatball, and a spoonful of marinara sauce.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
