Mini Italian Meatball Lasagna Cups

INGREDIENTS

  • Simek’s Italian Meatballs (1 bag)

  • Wonton wrappers (1 pack)

  • Ricotta cheese (1 cup)

  • Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)

  • Marinara sauce (1 jar)

  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin tin.

  2. Place wonton wrappers in each muffin cup to form a base.

  3. Layer with a spoonful of ricotta, a cooked Simek’s meatball, and a spoonful of marinara sauce.

  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
