  • Simek’s Italian Meatballs (1 bag)

  • Bell peppers (2, chopped)

  • Zucchini (2, sliced)

  • Red onion (1, chopped)

  • Olive oil (2 tbsp)

  • Balsamic glaze (for drizzle)

  • Italian seasoning (1 tsp)

Directions

  1. Thread meatballs and vegetables onto skewers.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  3. Grill or bake until veggies are tender and meatballs are heated through.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
